Abstract
TutorCraftEase is an interactive system that uses large language models to support pedagogical question creation. It helps teachers rapidly generate questions at different difficulty levels while preserving opportunities for manual review and refinement. A comparative study with 39 participants evaluated the system against manual authoring and a basic LLM tool, examining question quality as well as the time and workload involved in authoring.
